The Phoenix LA is a restaurant on Third Street near the Beverly Center in mid-town Los Angeles.  An existing carpet store was converted into a vibrant meeting place consisting of a bar, restaurant and patio.

The heart of the restaurant consists of a generous bar wrapping around the walk-in and affording direct connection to the kitchen.

Opposite the bar, a series of oversize mirrors enhances the guest experience and optically enlarges the room.

​

For a more private experience, there is a patio dining room towards the back of the property that features fully operable folding doors to enhance an indoor-outdoor experience.

A special feature of the design is the bar itself.  While the bar counter is enhanced by solid slabs of marble, the back-bar bottle display features indirect side lighting between its brass and glass construction.
